2. Ordering & Delivery

We strive to deliver fresh groceries, fruits, vegetables, and daily essentials within our estimated delivery windows (typically 12 minutes depending on location). However, delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volumes.

Orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item or refuse service to any customer.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees, if any, will be shown at the checkout screen. Payment must be made through approved online payment gateways before the delivery is completed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Zoya Daily Fresh platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Zoya Daily Fresh and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu.
